Online Access of News and 24-Hour Availability Still Tops in Media Relations Practices Study

Online Access of News and 24-Hour Availability Still Tops in Media Relations Practices Study - MarketWatch:

Public relations practitioners who want insights regarding journalists' use of online newsrooms, blogs, RSS and social media now have research to guide their media relations practices. The second annual study conducted by Bulldog Reporter and TEKgroup International, Inc., indicates that journalists' usage of these technologies continues to be more extensive than believed by PR professionals. The 2008 Journalist Survey on Media Relations Practices Executive Summary is available on http://www.tekgroup.com/.

By the way, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed at the number of blogs that reported the results of this survey without either citing the source, adding any info on how the survey was conducting, or at least linking back to the Web site where you can download the original report.
